Service
We build your home from foundation to finish: on budget, on time, and in line with the Ghana Building Code.

Overview
Building a home is the largest investment most families in Ghana will ever make. We treat it that way. Rumah Kreatif handles the entire build under one contract and one accountable team: site clearing and setting out, foundations, blockwork, roofing, MEP (mechanical, electrical and plumbing) and finishing.
Every project starts with a detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ), so you know what your home will cost before a single block is laid. During construction you receive weekly photo and video reports, which is why so many of our clients build with us confidently from abroad.

FAQs
In 2026 most residential builds in Greater Accra fall between roughly GH₵3,500 and GH₵8,500 per square metre depending on structure, specification and finishes. A standard 3-bedroom home of 110–140 m² therefore typically costs GH₵500,000–GH₵1.1 million all-in, excluding land. We provide an itemised BOQ for your specific design.
Yes. Many Ghanaian homes are built in phases. We plan the stages so the structure is protected between phases (for example, completing the roof before pausing), and we price each phase separately.
We can do either. Most clients prefer a full labour-and-materials contract because we buy in bulk, control quality and remove the risk of theft or wastage on site.
Yes. Our designs and construction follow the Ghana Building Code (GS 1207:2018) and the Building Regulations, 2022 (LI 2465), and we only start work once a valid building permit is issued.
