Who we are

Rumah Kreatif Ltd (“Rumah Kreatif”, “we”, “us”) is a design, construction and real estate company based in Accra, Ghana. We process personal data in line with the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843). Contact us at info@rumahkreatifltd.com.

Information we collect

• Enquiries and quotes: your name, email, phone number, project location and the details you share with us.
• Orders: name, contact details, delivery address and order contents. Card and Mobile Money details are entered directly with our payment provider, Paystack, so we never see or store them.
• Website usage: anonymous analytics such as pages viewed and device type, if analytics is enabled.
• Your cart: stored only in your own browser (local storage) so it survives page reloads.

How we use it

• To respond to enquiries, prepare quotes and deliver our services.
• To process, deliver and support your orders.
• To improve our website and services.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We use trusted providers to run this website: Vercel (hosting), Resend (email delivery), Paystack (payments) and, where enabled, Google Analytics. They process data only on our instructions. Some providers may store data outside Ghana with appropriate safeguards.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and order records for as long as required by law.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it. Email info@rumahkreatifltd.com. You may also contact Ghana's Data Protection Commission.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
