Build From Abroad: your questions

How do I know my money is being used properly?

Payments are tied to milestones. Before each payment you receive photos, video and a summary of work completed and materials used, and you can request a live video walkthrough at any time.

Can I visit the site when I come home?

Of course. We arrange site visits whenever you are in Ghana and can schedule key decisions around your trip.

Do I need to be in Ghana to sign contracts or get permits?

Not usually. Contracts can be signed electronically, and permit applications can be handled with your authorisation. Some land transactions may need a lawful attorney or representative in Ghana.
