Where in Ghana do you work?
We are based in Accra and work across Ghana, including Kumasi, Tema, Takoradi, Kasoa, Cape Coast, Koforidua and Tamale. We also manage projects for clients living abroad.
How long does it take to build a house in Ghana?
A typical 3–4 bedroom home takes 8–14 months of construction once permits are in place, plus 1–3 months for design and approvals. Funding schedule, design complexity and the rainy seasons all affect the timeline.

Yes. Through our Diaspora Build Programme we verify your land, design your home over video calls, obtain permits and build it, while you follow progress through weekly photo and video reports and pay against verified milestones.
