Reinforced pad foundations set out to line and level. It is unseen work, but every safe building depends on it.
The challenge
Setting out deep pad footings accurately in laterite soil and keeping each column cage perfectly plumb before concrete is poured.
Our solution
Our team set out every footing with string lines, fixed the bottom reinforcement mats, and plumbed each column cage with a spirit level before inspection and casting.
