A multi-storey reinforced concrete building, captured on slab-casting day as our engineers check drawings on the deck while concrete is placed.
The challenge
Casting large suspended slabs in a continuous pour while keeping reinforcement, levels and concrete cover correct across the whole deck.
Our solution
Reinforcement was checked against the structural drawings before the pour, the deck was carried on closely spaced props, and concrete was placed and levelled bay by bay under engineer supervision.
