The challenge
Fitting several apartment blocks on one site while giving every unit privacy, outdoor space and secure access.
Our solution
Blocks are arranged around a paved, landscaped courtyard behind a gated boundary wall. Recessed balconies in warm timber tones give each apartment shaded outdoor space, and bold grey frames tie the façades together.
