Police Service Office
Ghana
A two-storey office for the Ghana Police Service with a bold framed façade, full-height glazing and a welcoming public frontage.
The challenge
Designing a public building that feels both authoritative and approachable on a narrow plot between neighbouring houses.
Our solution
A deep frame wraps the upper floor's full-height windows, a contrasting band marks the entrance and the service crest is mounted on the façade. A paved forecourt and broad steps create a clear, open approach.
Outcomes
- Strong civic identity with service branding
- Full-height glazing brings daylight inside
- Paved forecourt for a clear public approach
